For returns and refunds, call 1 (844) 907-0954 Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (eastern time) to secure a Return Authorization number. Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Products must be in unused condition and in original packaging material. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Defective merchandise will be handled according to the warranty terms. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise. If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please repackage the product and all accessories that accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials. Returned products with missing accessories will not be accepted. Gladiator® charges a 15% restocking fee on non-damaged return items.
